DeBrief & Reflection

The goal of a debrief is to reflect, enhance future performance, and avoid making the usual mistakes. Debriefings are informal, with participants merely sharing their activity experiences, or slightly more advanced with a prepared list of questions or exercises to drive the discussion and bring about continuous improvement.
